Outage support
The window is the
whole job.
Everything about how we are organised — crew availability, equipment staging, documentation turnaround — is built around the fact that your unit has a date it has to be back on the grid.
Outage in progress?
Operations manager on the line, 24 hours a day.
Three ways we get called
Planned, emergent, or right now.
- 01
Planned outage support
Booked months ahead, scoped against your work list, crewed and equipped to hit your critical path. We plan backwards from your return-to-service date.
- 02
Emergent work
Something opens up and turns out worse than expected. We hold crew and equipment capacity through outage season specifically for this.
- 03
Forced outage response
Unplanned trip, and every hour counts. Call the 24/7 line and you will speak to an operations manager, not an answering service.
How a job runs
Four steps, no surprises.
- 01
Scope
A call with someone who has done the work, not a salesperson. We ask what the unit is, what the symptom is and what the window is.
- 02
Plan
Written method statement, risk assessment, crew and equipment list, and a schedule that fits inside your outage — issued before mobilisation.
- 03
Execute
Crews on site with their own equipment, working inside your permit system and reporting against the schedule daily.
- 04
Hand back
Documentation package at handover: what was done, what condition it is in, and what we recommend for next outage.
Common questions
Answered plainly.
Anything not covered here, call and ask.
How quickly can you mobilise?
For planned work we schedule around your outage date. For emergent work, our target is crews on site within 24 hours in North America and within 48 hours across Asia-Pacific, subject to site access and permits.
Do you work inside our permit and safety system?
Yes. Our crews work to the host site's permit-to-work system as standard, and our supervisors are experienced in nuclear, fossil and pharmaceutical permit environments.
Can you clean and inspect in the same mobilisation?
That is our preferred model. Cleaning crews and certified inspectors work the same access, which removes a second mobilisation, a second scaffold and in most cases several days from the schedule.
What documentation do we get?
A handover package covering scope performed, methods used, before-and-after condition, inspection results where applicable, and recommendations for the next outage.
Do you handle waste disposal?
We coordinate licensed disposal and provide manifests. Where the waste stream is covered by your own permit, we work to your procedure instead.
