Heat Exchanger Cleaning

Fouling on the tube side and scale on the shell side both show up the same way on your instrumentation: approach temperature climbing, throughput falling. We clean shell-and-tube, plate-and-frame and air-cooled exchangers back to a documented baseline, using the least aggressive method that will actually do the job.

• Hydroblasting

  Rotating lances and flexible hose systems to 40,000 psi, matched to tube metallurgy so you clean the deposit and not the tube wall.

• Chemical circulation

  Closed-loop circulation for scale, biofilm and process-specific deposits where mechanical access is limited.

• Mechanical cleaning

  Brushes, scrapers and projectiles for straight-tube bundles where water alone will not shift the deposit.

• Before-and-after data

  Bundle photographed and flow-tested at handover, so the performance recovery is documented rather than assumed.
